2. Circumstances for Refunds

a. Quality Concerns: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon project scope, is of substandard quality, or does not align with the freelancer's portfolio, you may be eligible for a refund.

b. Project Cancellation: Refunds may be issued if a project is canceled before work commences and a portion of the payment has been made.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

a. Client Request: To request a refund, clients must submit a formal refund request through our platform, specifying the reasons for the refund and providing relevant evidence.

b. Freelancer Response: Freelancers will have the opportunity to review and respond to refund requests within a specified timeframe.

4. Refund Determination

a. Review Process: Repair.studio will assess the refund request, considering the project scope, communications, and any evidence provided by both parties.

b. Resolution: Based on the review, Repair.studio will determine whether a refund is warranted and the amount of the refund, if applicable.

5. Refund Disbursement

a. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. If that's not feasible, an alternative method will be agreed upon.

b. Timing: Refunds may take a certain amount of time to process, typically within 15 business days from the refund approval date.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

a. Service Completion: Refunds will not be granted for completed services that meet the agreed-upon project scope and quality standards.

b. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if the client changes their mind after a project has been initiated.
